Owner Participation - Georgetown
In this case, the homeowner had the land and the dream.
Working with our in house designer, plans and drawings were prepared.
With
plans in hand, the owners decided to handle putting in the foundation.
Once the foundation was ready,
our crews moved in to construct
the first floor deck
and put up the walls
for the main living
area
and attached garage.
With a complex roof design and second story floor plan, it only made sense for our crews to build the dormers, install the rafters
and get it ready for siding using Tyvek brand house wrap.
The windows were installed, the siding, trim and roofing
applied and the interior is ready
for
the homeowner to take over.
