Ideas for Easier / Safer Access
As hard as it may be to beleive, even though in many cases federal law REQUIRES wheelchair access under a kitchen sink or bathroom
vanity, there are literally NONE available commercially.
That means that you either have to have an open pedestal
sink or a plastic guard to hide the pipes.
Not quite a fashion statement, and certainly not practical if you'd like any kind of storage.
We
have a remedy.
We can custom design and build OR in many cases modify your existing cabinet or vanity to meet
these federal standards AND give you a great looking cabinet that matches your kitchen or bath as well as give you the storage
area you'd otherwise miss.
At Frohmiller Construction we are very much in touch with the needs of our clients, and have NO PROBLEM
going the extra mile to meet those needs.
This is an example of a client's existing production vanity. The doors were set back allowing for knee space as well as storage, and
the "toe kick" was raised to accomodate wheel chair foot supports. The cabinet matches the exising style and color of the original
bath cabinetry flawlessly.
