Unfortunately, not everyone in the industry shares this same philosophy or expertise. On the following pages , you’ll see photos of
what should have been simple projects that did not turn out as planned. You’ll find perfect examples of why “what you DON’T
see" is often more important that “what you DO see”.
At Frohmiller Construction, we’ll take care of what you
Don’t see, so that 10 or 15 years down the road, you’ll still LOVE what you DO see..
All too often in construction, the quality of the work performed is judged mainly on the final appearance. The
job is finished and it LOOKS great! All freshly caulked and painted.
Then, a few years down the road, you scratch your head
and think to yourself…”What Happened?” What happened to that beautiful new siding, or that beautiful new kitchen, or ceiling,
or roof?
Well, on some occasions, some things just go wrong. Nobody or nothing to blame, “things” just happen. But, all too often it’s
the long term result of short term planning on the part of the contractor. It could be that someone was trying to meet a budget.
Or, a deadline needed to be met and a few “corners” were cut. Or, it could just be that the installer wasn’t fully familiar
with the proper technique or application for that particular product.
So, allow us to introduce Frohmiller Construction’s own acronym . It’s “WYDSIWYG” or, “What you DON’T see is what you
get.” It’s not just a cute take on an old addage, It’s the way we run our company every day of every week of every year for
the last 30 years. . It’s the way that you run a company when you are an integral part of your community. When your clients
are not just your customers, but your real life friends and neighbors. It’s the way you do things when you really believe that your
should treat others the way you would want them to treat you. At Frohmiller, we are all too aware that it’s usually what you
DON’T see, that makes all the difference in the months and years ahead.
Our project managers , routinely attend seminars and training sessions to make sure that they are up to date on not only to
newest products, but on the best way to apply them to your situation. Our carpenters are supplied with the best tools available
for that process, but more importantly, are instilled with the philosophy that has made Frohmiller Construction , THE place to go
for all your building or home renovation needs.
There is an old computer acronym called “WYSIWYG”. It stands for “What You See Is What You Get”. You click on an icon and you expect
to get what you wanted.
